Bannack, MT – Living History Tribute 3: Bannack Life

These dudes were in character the whole time, as they reenacted the good old gold-rush days of Bannack, Montana. My favorite ghost town came alive during the Living History Weekend at Bannack Ghost Town, near Dillon, Montana. Be sure you catch it next year during the third weekend of September 2014. They bring in all kinds of artifacts and genuine townsfolk to fill the town with authentic happenings and interactions. You won’t be able to buy any souvenirs like you can during Bannack Days in July, but you will get an accurate picture of what it was really like over 150 years ago in the gold rush boomtown!  Meet some of the rough characters around town in this third of seven posts paying tribute the awesome folks who made the living history a reality at Bannack Ghost Town for the second year in a row.
