It was a bit cold, but there were some amazing shots all around the old store and post office in Parker Idaho. We had two large BYU-Idaho vans on our third excursion for the new Comm 316 Professional Imaging class – The Upper Valley Loop. This was our second stop and I could only entice a few to get out of the van, while we waited to get into the old Girls Reformatory in St. Anthony, Idaho. Parker is a charming little town with some great old buildings to explore. I saw the sun peeking through a tree and loved the way it hit the old truck. You just have to love almost any image with a sunflare, right Rebecca? It would be fun to be around when they start opening up the Old Smith’s Golden Krust Bread Shop. It is full of cool old junk!
These images turned out way good! I love going on these excursions, you always make them so fun! I like the sun flare with the truck (2) the colors and composition are amazing.
amazing shots, love the one with the old chevy truck!
Wow, the photos are fantastic.. I was amazed to see the beautiful photo of the Rite-Way store that my dad and uncle had back in 1972. It brought back many memories of the few months my family lives above the store and this wonderful little town.
