FAMILY REUNION ON THE LAKE
We had a blast camping on the lake. If you want a relaxing, scenic place to camp that is great for boating and jetskiing, try China beach on Palisades Reservoir, right near the Idaho – Wyoming border.
We saw bald eagles almost every time we boated across the lake. Big-dog fireworks are legal in Wyoming, we had an amazing fireworks show, courtesy of the Likes on the final night of our family reunion. One of my favorite activities is always hunting for huckleberries above our camping spot. This year was not much of a hunt though. They were big, plentiful and easy to find. Now it is time to make Huckleberry – White Chocolate Scones.
