Zoe really scored with the Mother Nature costume on Halloween. She won “Best Overall Costume” out of 375 fifth graders as Madison Middle School. She was a trooper to keep all that foliage on, not to mention the foxskin and other animal friends. I dressed as a hippie to help out with the fifth grade field trip to Rexburg’s Straw Maze, then drove Luna to work in the hippie getup. It was a fun week.

Nice costume, i think you should come to class like that one day. So what does one have to do to get on your blog-list in your sidebar? 🙂
I hope you enjoyed the one day that the word “groovie” didn’t send your class into fits of laughter (not that that happens, but you know). Oh, and hippies were pretty liberal folk, so, um….Obama for Prez???? Seriously though, I will watch this video of you and Luna whenever I need a pick-me-up.
Wow that was to much fun! Throwing those “groovie’s” around like it was candy.
I am sure it was fun to see you cruising around on Luna!
hahaha! Wow, seeing all those grooves made my day! I agree with Emily, if I every need to smile I will watch that video. Hope all is well! Check out my blog at jrkmpierce.blogspot.com. Loveya!
Hey Caryn! I just stumbled onto your blog today and had to say hi! It’s been a while, huh! I was so excited to hear that you teach at BYU Idaho, and from the looks of things, you must live there now too. Good for you!
