PHOTO TIP: When someone is running and jumping, get a low angle and use the same settings you would for capturing wildlife… fast shutter speed to freeze the action (1/1000 in this case… since it is so bright) and continuous rapid frame advance to capture a burst and be sure you have plenty to choose from. And then get on the ground below your subject so you can tell he is in the air and then it is all about composition and moving with the subject… being sure not to crop out the shadow.
